Dr. Ashley Crouch is from Mitchell, SD. She is a graduate of the University of South Dakota and the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Crouch has been in private practice since 1994. She is a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Fraternity, and also holds membership in the American Optometric Association as well as the South Dakota Optometric Society.
